The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of David Dumigan as Group Finance Director of Green & Kassab Holdings Ltd, incorporating GK Transformation and Low Carbon Europe, with effect from 1 May 2016. David will be based at the Group’s head office in Brighton.
David is a member of the Chartered Public Finance and Accountancy and has served on numerous NHS Trust Boards over many years including Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals, Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust and Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust.
Besides his many years’ experience within the provider arm of the NHS he has recently led numerous commissioning roles on behalf of several CCG’s embracing the Better Care Fund, the procurement of Adult Community Services, the Out of Hours Services and the 111 service.
He has extensive experience in business transformation through performance improvement and turnaround.
Alongside his NHS service he has several non-executive and Trustee positions across a diverse range of activities including Trustee of Sussex Cricket Foundation, a housing association, a grant giving charity and a facilities company.
