Emma Rudd, head of business administration at LCR achieves CIPD Diploma

Here at LCE, we are extremely proud that Emma Rudd, our Head of Business Administration, has successfully achieved a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management and is now an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Darren Jones, Managing Director said “Everyone is very proud of Emma’s achievement, she is a great asset to the team. Emma has worked hard to achieve her diploma over the last couple of years as well as continuing to work and raising her family, well done Emma!”

During the course Emma covered topics including but not limited to: Employment Law, Resourcing and Talent Management, Managing Employment Relations and Leadership and Management Development. In addition, Emma undertook a research project into employee retention and analysed the skills necessary for successful business leadership.

Emma is looking forward to utilising and applying the knowledge and expertise gained to benefit LCE moving forward.
